Call for Presentations

The Reimagine Content Committee would like to invite all prospective authors to submit presentations for our 2023 conference. Our vision is to promote knowledge exchange, workshop best practice, learn from lived experience, and for attendees to take big thoughts and ideas back to their teams, families and family support networks to enable positive change.

We want every piece of content to embody our conference theme so that each attendee walks away feeling retooled, replenished, and reconnected.

All submissions can be made via the Presentation Submission Portal below. We look forward to receiving them!

Presentation Submission Details & Guidelines

  • Presentations should be submitted by the first presenting author.
  • All presentations should be submitted in English.
  • Notifications will be emailed only to the person who submitted the presentation.
  • Presentations must be submitted before midnight AEST, 31 May 2023 for consideration by the Committee.
  • Presenting authors will be notified of acceptance or otherwise by August 2023.
  • Cites emerging or established peer-reviewed evidence and/or is from a reputable source or organisation with values that align with a social model of disability and inclusion
  • Aligns with best practice in early childhood development
  • Uses plain language and avoids medical jargon
  • Is respectful of social and cultural diversity and inclusion
  • Does not include advertising

Preparing Your Presentation

  • Read the guidelines in the Presentation Format Guide thoroughly.
  • Once you have chosen the type of presentation you’d like to submit, follow the format presented in the Guide.
  • All presentations should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document.
