How to Register
Registration for Reimagine 2023 is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning your registration. Registration can be submitted by completing the online form linked below.
Registration Entitlements
- Access to all Conference sessions Monday 20 November 2023 – Wednesday 22 November 2023.
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily.
- One inclusive ticket to the Welcome Reception
- Delegate materials.
Registration Fees
Fees are in Australian dollars ($AUD) are inclusive of GST.

Early Bird Rates
In order to receive the early bird registration rate, registrants must register and pay in full by 28 July 2023. If payment is not received by this date, then registrations will be automatically transferred to the standard registration rate.
Student Registration Rates
In order to qualify for the Student Registration rate, we require proof of student status.
You will be asked to submit a photo of a valid student ID card or letter from your supervisor at the time of registration.
Lived Experience/Carer Rates
Registrants will need to identify their connection as a person with disability, care-giver of a person with disability or family member of a person with disability.
Low, Middle Income Country (LMIC) Registration Rates
To be eligible for the Low, Middle Income Country (LMIC) registration rate, your country of residence must be listed here.

Welcome Reception

One ticket is included in the registration price. Additional tickets can be purchased for $75.
Conference Dinner
Wednesday 21 November 2023
Tickets are available to purchase to the conference dinner through the registration form for $165 per person.

The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
